Seamless long-distance sale!
Lee Ann is an amazing real estate agent. I had to complete this sale from out of town and from beginning to end it was a seamless transaction. I was managing the sale of my mom’s property and Lee Ann was very considerate and thoughtful about my situation. Her knowledge of the area market was spot on and once she did her analysis we got many offers and the best possible price for a solid built, but dated home. She has professionals at the ready to help you clean out, spruce up, or fix features that need attention before the sale of the home. All the contractors she used were as professional as Lee Ann. Toward the end of this sale there was a very bad hail storm. Lee Ann helped me work with the home owner’s insurance and the house only closed one week later than expected, which considering the damage to all of the houses in the area, was remarkable. She provided current market analysis and assisted us in establishing a selling price. The advertising of the house was by a flyer in a box outside in the front yard of the house; on line; and an open house. I was raised in Fort Morgan Colorado and Graduated from Fort Morgan High School in 1975. I began my Adventure in Real Estate in 1991 as a personal assistant to a top producing Realtor at the Group Inc until 1997, at which time I earned my Real Estate License. I was employed at the Group Inc for 10 years before moving back to Fort Morgan. I have a strong passion for helping people, and staying in touch with my customers to make certain each person understands the process of the Real Estate transaction that they are a part of, and how it affects their lives. I always continue my education in Real Estate, and always strive to be the best I can be. I have been very fortunate over the years to have earned many awards in Real Estate: The 1997 Rookie of the Year at Loveland/Berthoud Association of Realtors. 1999 Presidential Award at Loveland/Berthoud Association of Realtors, Board Director of the Loveland/Berthoud Association 1997-2001, Member of the Greeley Association of Realtors, Director on the Morgan County Community College Foundation Board 2012-2018. I have been active in the Meals on Wheels Program for over 30 years. Family is very important to me. I am married to Steve Samuels, who is also my Transaction Assistant..
